Express Courier Italy

Express Courier delivers products on Italian territory following this rules: 
  • Orders are delivered by Express Courier Monday to Sunday .

  • Orders are processed (given to the courier) every day Monday to Friday ot 3.00PM. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

  • Express Shipping is expected within 24/48H by the dispatch of package. Areas that are difficult to reach may not benefit from delivery during the weekend because it is not guaranteed by the courier.

Same day green delivery with Blink allows you to receive your order the same day it is placed. Orders must be placed before 5.30pm. The service is active from Monday to Friday excluding holidays only for Milan.

Once shipped, the customer will receive an e-mail notification with the relative tracking number of their package. To monitor the shipping status or change the shipping address, you can access the shipment by clicking on the tracking number in the courier's notification email or by entering your order number or tracking code on this page .

If the delivery address is changed after shipment, the surcharge will be applied by the courier to the recipient.

 


International Express Shipping

Deliveries outside the Italian territory , for authorized countries, will be made by UPS Courier. Shipments are made only from Monday to Friday at 15:00, excluding national holidays of the countries involved. Orders will be delivered in 1/3 working days .

The transport of the goods will take place in compliance with the nature of the products transported, adequately placed in special packaging aimed at preserving their integrity, pursuant to the Guidelines of 7 March 2013 on good distribution practices for medicinal products for human use (2013/C 68/ 01).

Attention : for very large orders, a supplement to the shipment may be required, requested after the completion of the order.

 

Further precautions

Upon receipt of the product, the customer must verify that the package is perfectly closed . Customers are invited NOT to collect the box if the package is not intact or the adhesive tape has been tampered with . If the package is damaged or the tape has been removed, the Customer is invited to report it immediately to the courier . Otherwise, the package is to be considered delivered and TILI Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for any damage and/or missing products.

In case of absence of the recipient at the specified address , courier will send an e-mail notification to the Customer and will attempt a new delivery the following day*. If it is impossible to make the second delivery the following day due to the recipient's absence, the courier will attempt to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that the customer service fails to contact the customer for the next 5 days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the recipient's absence, the ordered products will be returned to the TILI Pharmacy.
