How to use

How to use the Omron M7 IT Blood Pressure Monitor?

1. Preparation : Place the cuff on your upper arm, approximately 2-3cm above your elbow, making sure it fits snugly, but not too tight.

2. Power on : Press the power button to start measuring. The device will automatically start inflating the cuff.

3. Reading : Once the measurement is complete, the display will show the systolic, diastolic pressure and heart rate values. Any irregularities in the heartbeat will be signaled by an icon.

4. Storage and connectivity : Data can be stored on the device or transferred via Bluetooth to the Omron Connect app for quick and easy management of measurements.
