Neutrogena Dry and Chapped Lip Balm is a lip balm that keeps lips perfectly hydrated, soothed and protected .
Neutrogena Lip Balm soothes dry, chapped and irritated lips by creating a protective film that protects them from irritants (wind, cold, heat, sun or salt). The formula of Neutrogena Dry and Chapped Lip Balm contains:

• Persea Gratissima Oil , extracted from avocado fruit, which thanks to its rich content of triglycerides, proteins, vitamins assumes a hydrating, protective and nourishing function . It acts as a restorative and restructuring for the skin of the lips.
• Glycerin , which combats dry skin and soothes irritated lips with its emollient, refreshing and decongestant properties.
• Bisabolol with its decongestant, soothing and softening properties is able to combat inflammation ;
• Sweet almond oil rich in fats, minerals and vitamins with known hydrating and emollient properties, it is ideal for the treatment of dry, sensitive and irritated lips.
• Shea butter , extracted from the seeds and kernels of the shea tree, which thanks to its high levels of fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins E and A has emollient, nourishing and elasticizing properties for the lips which counteract dryness .

How to use:
The advice is to apply Neutrogena lip stick at least twice a day but also whenever you feel the need or need.
