Shipping policy
Express Courier Italy
- Packages are delivered by the courier from Monday to Sunday.
- Packages are processed (handed over to the courier) every day from Monday to Friday at 3:00 PM. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
- Express shipping is estimated within 24 to 48 business hours from the time the package is processed. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may not benefit from weekend delivery, as this is not guaranteed by the courier.
Once the package has been shipped, the customer will receive a notification email containing the tracking number. To track the shipment or change the delivery address, you can click on the tracking number in the notification email or enter your order number or tracking code on this page.
If the delivery address is changed after shipment, any surcharge applied by the courier will be charged to the recipient.
International Express Shipping
Deliveries outside of Italy will be handled by UPS Courier for the eligible countries. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday at 3:00 PM, excluding national holidays in the countries involved. From the moment the order is placed, the package will be delivered within 1–3 business days.
Goods will be transported in accordance with the nature of the products, properly packaged to ensure their integrity, in compliance with the March 7, 2013 Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products for human use (2013/C 68/01).
Note: for very large orders, an additional shipping charge may apply. This surcharge will be requested after the order has been completed.
Additional Guidelines
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must verify that the package is completely sealed. Customers are advised NOT to accept the package if it appears damaged or if the adhesive tape has been tampered with. If the package is not intact, appears damaged, or the tape shows signs of tampering, the customer should immediately report this to the courier. Otherwise, the package will be considered as correctly delivered and Farmacia TILI cannot be held responsible for any damages and/or missing products.
In the event of recipient absence at the specified delivery address, the courier will send a notification email to the customer and will attempt delivery again the following day*. If it is not possible to complete the second delivery due to the recipient’s absence, the courier will attempt to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. If customer service is unable to reach the customer within 5 days or if delivery still cannot be completed due to recipient absence, the products will be returned to Farmacia TILI. *Please note: it is not possible to specify an exact delivery date and/or time.
