Enterogermina 4 Billion/5 Ml 20 Vials lactic ferments with probiotic action for the treatment and prophylaxis of intestinal dysmicrobism. Helps restore intestinal balance thanks to the spores of resistant polyantibiotic Bacillus clausii.

Enterogermina 4 Billion/5 Ml 20 Vials is indicated for:

• The prevention and treatment of the alteration of the normal balance of the intestinal bacterial flora (intestinal dysmicrobism) and of vitamin deficiencies in the body resulting from the imbalance of the intestinal bacterial flora (endogenous dysvitaminosis).
• The adjuvant therapy for the restoration of the intestinal microbial flora , altered during antibiotic or chemotherapy treatments.
• The treatment of acute and chronic gastrointestinal diseases of infants caused by poisoning or alterations of the normal balance of the intestinal bacterial flora (intestinal dysmicrobisms) or vitamin deficiencies in the organism (dysvitaminosis).

Dosage and method of use Enterogermina 4 Billion / 5 Ml 20 Vials

Adults : 1 vial a day of Enterogermina 4 Billion/5 ml.

Children and Infants : 1 vial a day of Enterogermina 4 Billion/5 ml.

Take the contents of the Enterogermina 4 Billion/5 ml vial as it is without diluting it in water or other beverages (e.g. milk, tea, orange juice).

One vial Enterogermina 4 Billion / 5 Ml 10 Vials contains:

Active ingredient : Spores of Bacillus clausii resistant polyantibiotic* 4 billion.

Excipients : Purified water.

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients listed

Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: Hypersensitivity reactions, including rash, urticaria and angioedema. Infections and infestations Frequency not known: bacteraemia (in immunocompromised patients).

The possible presence of corpuscles visible in the vials of Enterogermina 4 Billion/5 Ml is due to aggregates of Bacillus clausii spores; it is therefore not an indication of an altered product. Shake the vial before use. This medicine is for oral use only. Do not inject or administer by other routes. Incorrect use of the medicine has resulted in severe anaphylactic reactions such as anaphylactic shock.

In the course of antibiotic therapy it is recommended to administer Enterogermina 4 billion/5 ml in the interval between one and the other administration of antibiotic.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding Enterogermina 4 Billion/5 Ml 20 Vials

There are no preclusions to the use of Enterogermina 4 Billion/5 ml during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
