Repeat this operation 3-4 times a day. The water must be boiling for the tablet to dissolve completely. Break the tablets to facilitate their dissolution. Do not cover your head with a cloth during inhalation and be careful to keep your face at a distance of about 40 cm to prevent the hot water vapour from irritating the skin. For children over 30 months: place a basin of boiling water near the child's bed and dissolve 3-4 tablets in it, one at a time. The duration of the fumigation treatment should not exceed 3 days.

Read the package leaflet carefully. Do not use if the package is opened or damaged. The product should not be used for children under 30 months of age. Do not administer in case of known hypersensitivity to the components. For external use, do not swallow the tablets or drink the solution. Use only for fumigations and inhalations. Avoid contact with eyes. There are no known interactions with other products and/or medicines, however in case of concomitant therapy for the respiratory tract, wait at least 30 minutes between the use of Fomentil and the other treatment. Fomentil is not recommended during pregnancy and in women of childbearing age who do not use contraceptive measures. Fomentil should not be used during breastfeeding.
