Echinacea is a perennial herbaceous plant 8-10 dm tall. with cylindrical rhizome and slightly reddish stem. The use of this plant is very ancient and dates back to the Indians of North America, who used it to naturally lower fever.

In fact, the root of echinacea contains polysaccharides which give the plant natural immunostimulating properties . These favor the body's natural defenses , help strengthen the immune system and support it during attacks by viruses and bacteria.
