Foille Scorature Crema is a topical treatment formulated to soothe and protect skin damaged by burns, sunburn, irritation and abrasions . Thanks to the presence of benzocaine , it has a local anesthetic action that helps reduce pain and burning immediately after application.
Foille Scorature promotes skin regeneration and creates a protective barrier against external agents, reducing the risk of infections. Its hydrating formula helps keep the skin soft and protected, making it an excellent solution for the treatment of small domestic burns, sunburns and superficial skin lesions . The practical 29.5g format is ideal to always keep on hand for quick relief.

Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients listed in paragraph 6.1. The product is not suitable for ophthalmic use.
DOSAGE
Quantity and method of taking Foille scald cream 29.5g - How to take Foille scald cream 29.5g?
Apply the cream, in a thin and uniform layer directly on the lesion. In case of circumscribed lesions, it is advisable - following the application of the cream - to cover with sterile gauze. The dressing should not be removed for at least 48 hours, in order not to disturb the granulation process. In certain cases the initial dressing should not be removed and changed even for a longer period of time, but it should be kept well moistened with FOILLE SCOTTATURE. It is recommended not to exceed the maximum limit of 4 applications per day, both in adults and children.

FOILLE SCOTTATURE is for external use only. Use, especially if prolonged, of the product may give rise to sensitization phenomena. The efficacy and safety of benzocaine depend on correct dosage. Therefore, it is necessary to use the minimum quantity of product sufficient to obtain the desired effect, applying it with caution to subjects with severely damaged mucous membranes and the site of inflammatory processes that could cause excessive absorption of this active ingredient. FOILLE SCOTTATURE must only be used on non-extensive and superficial lesions of the skin and for short periods of time. Do not apply near the eyes. In case of deep wounds, or widespread insect bites, or serious burns, or particularly extensive minor burns, always consult your doctor before using the product. If the disease condition for which this preparation is used persists for a longer time, if irritation occurs, if redness, swelling or pain persist or if you have an infection, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Do not use the product in children under 6 months of age; it is recommended to administer it only after consulting your doctor between 6 months and 2 years of age. FOILLE SCOTTATURE contains sodium lauryl sulphate : This medicine contains 60 mg of sodium lauryl sulphate per 100 g of cream equivalent to 0.6 mg/g. Sodium lauryl sulphate may cause skin irritation (stinging or burning sensation) or intensify skin reactions caused by other medicines when applied to the same area. Patients with a reduced skin barrier function e.g. due to atopic dermatitis are more sensitive to the irritant properties of sodium lauryl sulphate. FOILLE SCOTTATURE contains eugenol : This medicine contains the allergen eugenol which may cause allergic reactions.

If cyanosis occurs, contact the nearest hospital for appropriate treatment (supportive therapy and intravenous administration of methylene blue). In the event of accidental ingestion, it is advisable to implement the normal medical measures recommended in the event of intoxication.
