One tablet to dissolve slowly in the mouth after meals and whenever pain is felt. If necessary, repeat after a quarter of an hour. Patients with renal insufficiency: the reduced ability to eliminate with urine the exogenous saline supplement provided by antacids can cause potentially severe electrolyte imbalances. Treatment with magnesium and calcium salts requires periodic checks of magnesium and calcemia.

Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency should not take this medicine.
