Narhimed Naso Chiuso Adulti Spray is an over-the-counter nasal mucosa decongestant indicated in case of cold, allergic rhinitis or sinusitis .
Narhimed Naso Chiuso Spray contains Xylometazoline, an active ingredient used as a nasal decongestant that stimulates vasoconstriction in the blood vessels of the nose and allows for a rapid reduction of the disorder. It reduces the amount of mucus produced and thins the existing one to combat the symptoms of colds or allergies and quickly clear the nose.

Nasal decongestants such as Narhimed Naso Chiuso Spray are drugs that, if used appropriately, are well tolerated by the body . However, it is important to remember that prolonged use of this type of drug leads to high sensitivity . This results in a progressive cancellation of the benefit for the same product used. It is recommended to take Narhimed Naso Chiuso for a maximum of 5 consecutive days of treatment.

If such a reaction (persistent nasal congestion) is suspected, a nasal medicine without benzalkonium chloride should be used if possible. If such nasal medicines without benzalkonium chloride are not available, another pharmaceutical form should be considered. May cause bronchospasm.
