Neo Borocillina 1.2mg + 20mg is a drug indicated for the treatment of sore throat and oropharyngeal irritation, thanks to the combination of tyrothricin (1.2 mg) and benzydamine hydrochloride (20 mg). Its formula guarantees an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial action, helping to reduce pain, burning and discomfort in the throat.
The orosoluble tablets are easy to take and allow a gradual release of the active ingredient, offering prolonged relief. Indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pharyngitis, laryngitis and throat irritation , Neo Borocillina helps to calm the pain and fight inflammation with a targeted action. DOSAGE

Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2-3 hours, up to a maximum of 8 lozenges per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Neo Borocillina lozenges, due to the presence of menthol, are contraindicated in children under two years of age with a predisposition to laryngospasm and convulsions. They must be used with caution, and under the direct supervision of a doctor, even in older children. This medicinal product contains 0.9 g of sucrose (in the form of sucrose and compressible sugar) per - lozenge: to be taken into consideration in patients with diabetes mellitus. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency should not take this medicine. This medicinal product contains 3.2 mg of sodium as the active ingredient per lozenge and 25.5 mg of sodium per daily dose equivalent to 1.3% of the maximum daily intake recommended by the WHO which corresponds to 2 g of sodium for an adult. The use, especially if prolonged, of products for oral topical use may give rise to sensitization phenomena. In this case it is necessary to interrupt the treatment and consult the doctor in order to establish any appropriate therapy. After a short period of treatment without appreciable results, consult the doctor. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH AND SIGHT OF CHILDREN.

Sodium benzoate is mildly irritating to the skin and mucous membranes.
