Oki throat spray is a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) based on ketoprofen useful in case of sore throat, pharyngitis, canker sores and gum irritation .
Dosage and method of use Oki Inflammation and Pain Throat Spray 15ml
1-2 sprays of Oki Spray 15ml up to 3 times a day, directed directly on the affected part. Each spray delivers approximately 0.2 ml of solution, equivalent to 0.32 mg of active ingredient.

Excipients: Glycerol 85%, xylitol, methyl para-hydroxybenzoate, monobasic sodium phosphate, poloxamer 407, mint flavour, purified water.

Contraindications Oki Inflammation and Pain Throat Spray 15ml:
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
- Patients in whom substances with a similar mechanism of action (for example acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs) cause asthma attacks, bronchospasm, acute rhinitis, or cause nasal polyps, urticaria or angioneurotic oedema,
- In case of previous bronchial asthma
- During pregnancy and breastfeeding

The use, especially if prolonged, of topical drugs could give rise to sensitization phenomena, in which case it is necessary to suspend the treatment and adopt suitable therapeutic measures. In prolonged therapies and with high doses, keep in mind the possibility of competition between absorbed ketoprofen and other drugs highly bound to plasma proteins. The medicine contains methyl para-hydroxybenzoate, known for the possibility of causing allergic reactions (possibly delayed).

Local side effects following topical administration on the oral mucosa of ketoprofen lysine salt solution are extremely rare and consist of irritation or allergic phenomena (angioneurotic oedema) especially in subjects with hypersensitivity to NSAIDs. However, no systemic side effects emerged considering the route of administration and the dosage of the drug administered.
