Ribes Nigrum Essential Drops is a supplement in drops based on Ribes nigrum, a highly titrated phytotherapeutic extract. Useful in case of colds , sinusitis and seasonal allergies accompanied by the typical symptoms of allergic rhinitis : sneezing, runny nose, itching and eye irritation. Ribes nigrum, or blackcurrant , belongs to the Grossulariaceae family. It is a shrub up to 2 meters tall and is known for the properties of its fruits , scented, round and dark berries full of seeds. In phytotherapy the buds, leaves and fruits are used, which are recognized as having anti-inflammatory, antihistamine and immunostimulant properties. In particular, the buds of the ribes nigrum are rich in flavonoids and glycosides. These are known to stimulate the production of cortisol by the adrenal glands.
